Accepted, registered, and presented papers will be IEEE copyrighted and published in the conference proceedings. The proceedings are planned to be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore® Digital Library.

HSI 2020 offers “Tele/Video Presentation” for authors who cannot come to Venue.
“Tele/Video Presentation” is the real time internet presentation or offline video presentation.
Registration fee of “Tele/Video Presentation” is discounted by Banquet fee.

For the initial submission, Regular and Special Session papers can be of 4-6 pages of A4 or letter format.
For the final submission, Regular and Special Session papers are limited to six (6) pages. An additional 2 pages can be included with an extra fee.
All papers are peer reviewed. Authors must adhere to the IEEE Conference paper format. The draft version of papers should be submitted for review before the submission deadline.
IEEE is strict about the requirements for PDF files for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library. It is strongly recommended to use the set of templates in MS Word and LaTeX formats provided by IEEE. Please use them to create your paper (please do not modify the style or the format).

Accepted papers will be published in IEEE proceedings volume to be included in IEEE Xplore.
Please make sure that only original work is being submitted (not previously published/copyrighted). The conference will be using the CrossCheck automated screening system to verify the originality of papers. IEEE takes disciplinary actions when violations are detected.
